Online Return Policy
As our online return process is not automated, please email

to request a return.
We will require the item returned to us before we can process a refund via your original purchase method.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and the request must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving your order. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: Original Receipt of Purchase or Gift Receipt Must Be Presented.
All items are eligible for an IN-STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Clothing must have original tags attached and be unworn/free of marks or stains
Store credits expire 1 year from date of issue.
Store Pick-ups
Orders placed for In Store Pick-up will be available at our shop at 1215 Maple Drive, Quesnel BC. You will be contacted once your order is ready! (Please make sure to check your spam folder for our email if you don't receive it within 2 days)
Please note: Orders placed online on Saturdays and Sundays will be received and processed on the following Monday, and you will be contacted as soon as your order is ready for you to collect.
